If so, I salute you for maintaining your marketing budget in a tough economic climate. TV, radio and other broadcast advertising channels can all be effective components of any marketing strategy. However, these paid media channels are no longer as dependably effective they once were, specifically with more savvy, informed consumers. For many advertisers, broadcast channels were never affordable in the first place.
Enter “Earned Media”…
In a world where one well-placed Yelp can set thousands a-Twitter — it literally pays to develop a well-thought-out earned media strategy and the resources to execute it. Curious? That’s a good start.
The Earned Media Guide is a free resource compiled by interactive marketing professional William Fernandez. Whether you’re interested in learning more about earned media or keeping up with the latest news, trends and best practices in the earned media space, it’s the goal of this site to compile the best of what works in earned media.
